Return Process

Email our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery if your items are damaged or incorrect, including your order number and clear photos of the product.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim to determine if a refund or replacement is applicable based on our freshness guarantee and shipping standards.
- 3.Disposal or Return
For food safety reasons, we rarely ask for physical returns of perishable goods; we will instruct you on whether to dispose of the item or return non-perishable hardware.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method or a replacement shipment will be prioritized for immediate delivery at no extra cost.
